Bernard M.
Snyder is a one man band. He simultaneously plays a drum set strapped
to his back, a guitar, and a harmonica, which he alternates with his
most important instrument, the voice.
In over 20 years as a world traveling musician, he has enchanted audiences
at festivals, on radio and television, as well as on streets and squares
of 25 countries on four continents.
Bernard loves the artistic freedom that being a one man band provides,
the freedom to improvise arrangements spontaneously, and to jam with
the crowd.
His unique musical style includes elements of pop, rock, funk, jazz,
reggae, blues, and samba.
Bernard M. Snyder is the artistic director and creative director of
the 'Festival de Rua, international street performers and music festival
of Bahia' in Salvador, Brazil (
www.festivalderua.com), as well as artistic director of 'La
Ghironda - artisti per i vicoli', a festival of ethnic music and street
performers in Martina Franca, Puglia, Southern Italy (www.laghironda.it).
